"I just wanted to shoot you a line to brag on one of your employees. On Tuesday afternoon, I had called P&P to see if someone could come out and look at our master bathroom toilet. The receptionist who answered the phone was very friendly and got us scheduled for 8am the next morning. Your plumber, Patrick, was on-time the next morning and so nice and courteous. He got us all fixed up and even went above and beyond what we initially called to have fixed by making sure our toilet was level and not wobbling. Even though it was a small job, he did such a fantastic job and was so personable that I thought it warranted a brag to the boss.
